Working hand in hand with our Banks and Project Funding Institutions, or with Client’s internal account teams, Quantex Qatar ensures that all of the vital documentation is in place efficiently, quickly and correctly in order to ensure the payments during the construction period are made on time and correctly, in order to mitigate the risks of delays due to financial constraints affecting the procurement and delivery of the project in the critical stages of construction.

Quantex Qatar’s team includes experienced Contract Administrators who are fluent in all forms of contract requirements and understand the key cost drivers of any project and the funding mechanism to facilitate the flow of funds to all of the parties.

We will prepare, manage and instigate the necessary robust and accurate cost reporting and dashboard analysis for any Banks or Project Funding Institutions Bank at the start of the project to ensure the flow of funds necessary for successful project completion is facilitated.
